The IT support we provide is flexibly focussed on meeting your needs. 

This might simply mean being available to help only when you’ve got a problem.  Alternatively, you might want us to assist with user training or help users work using your chosen software.  We can also  help you specify and purchase new IT hardware/software, manage your existing equipment and plan for the future.

There are no pre-defined support contracts to purchase, nor do we limit our support to particular products (for a detailed list of the products we've worked with, please click here).  Our services are tailored to helping you use and develop your IT, whatever that may involve.

On-site service for almost everything!
Wherever possible, we provide support on your sites. This enables us to experience and understand your working environment, helps us build a rapport with you and your staff, and we can see first-hand how you use IT.  If business benefits can be achieved from improving working practices through the more effective use of IT, we’ll make suggestions (though we won’t be offended if these are politely refused!!). Furthermore, when problems arise, our ‘local knowledge’ of your business means we understand their business impact, can suggest possible temporary ‘workarounds’ to keep business flowing and can agree with you a strategy for action which is realistic and achievable.

Specialist support on tap
We provide you professional, reliable IT support and advice.  Where products, services and skills are required which we don't directly supply (such as for the installation of networks or manufacture of PCs), we'll work with you to define the specifications, identify the appropriate supplier and then we'll manage the implementation process for you.
