System Management

In addition to providing you with day-to-day operational support for your IT systems, Jameson Lomax can also manage those systems for you. For an agreed monthly fee, we’ll manage your IT systems, ensuring that they are secure, robust, and reliably maintained.

Here’s some of the tasks we would expect to be undertaking as part of our service to you:

Provision of day-to-day advice as if we were a member of your team.
Overseeing and if necessary, undertaking all network administration, including the creation/deletion of network user accounts and the maintenance of system documentation.
The management of network security to minimise the incidence of physical breaches and disruption through viruses, including the on-going assessment of the impact of new viruses.
Regular system health checks.
Meeting with you regularly to review system performance and problems, and to help you define future IT strategy in line with your organisation's needs.

As with our support service, we're flexible about our management service too, tailoring it meet your needs. Again, our aim is to work alongside you, helping you manage your systems effectively and providing regular, clear feedback on system status and work in progress.
